It’s Easy to Participate
1) Schedule your screening (a blood draw plus biometric measurements which may include weight, height, blood pressure, and waist circumference).
2) Visit a Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Center (PSC).
*Please remember to fast for your screening.
Fasting 9-12 hours prior to your screening appointment helps ensure accurate results. Take any regularly scheduled medications as usual. Drinking water is permissible and recommended during the fasting period. Test results are not diagnostic or intended to replace your physician’s care. We encourage you to discuss your results with your physician.
How to Schedule an Appointment:
- Visit My.QuestForHealth.com (online registration is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week).
- Use Registration Key: Geon2021
- In the Wellness Screening section, under Patient Service Center, select Schedule a Screening
- If you schedule as a walk-in, you will be required to make an appointment upon check-in
- You will receive an email when your results are ready to view online

You can access your screening results online within several days of completing your health screening. When your results are ready you will be notified via email to go to My.QuestForHealth.com to view your results. Please use the login information you used when scheduling your appointment.

You will receive your MyTest Profile™ report with your screening results, healthy ranges for each test, and a brief test description in the mail 2 to 3 weeks following your health screening.
